RTNZ Inbound Trade Event

RTO only

The annual Inbound Trade Event is an opportunity for inbound agents to meet with each Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO) in Aotearoa New Zealand. The purpose of the event is for dedicated time between the regions and agents to provide each other on updates. For RTOs, this is an update on new products or initiatives in the region and for agents, this is to advise RTOs of the potential opportunities from their clients. 

Event format: 

• 2 days: Tuesday and Wednesday from 8.30am – 5.30pm.
• One-on-one appointments between each RTO and each inbound tour company lasting approximately 12 minutes.
• Round-robin format.

Guidelines:

• Keep the template for consistency (layout, colour, background, font, Love Taupō logo).
• Change pictures - limit to 4 pictures max (for accommodation: an overview of the hotel, a room, the restaurant)
• For the information, keep it concise and operational
• Include up to 5 USPs (Being NZ owned and operated is not a USP) 
• Trade & reservations contact details 
• Replace Logo
• Replace Qualmark Logo
• Once modifications have been done, send back (in ppt format) to geraldine@lovetaupo.com by 28 Feb 2026

If you have already submitted your one pager for another event, we will reuse the same for the whole year, so please only send it once (unless there has been some changes to your product).
