Meet the Flavours of Hui a Tāpoi | Regional Food Showcase

Tourism and hospo will unite at the newly minted Regional Food Showcase highlighting the diversity and flavours of the vibrant Taupō food scene.

The Regional Food Showcase is a test kitchen, designed to offer a taste of what makes Taupō standout as a visitor destination, Love Taupō GM Patrick Dault says.

“For its size, Taupō has an exceptional range and number of top-notch restaurants, cafes and eateries. They help define our destination experience — for our local community as much as our visitors,” he says. “Through the Hui a Tāpoi showcase, we want to show off some of that to our tourism industry so they can, in turn, be better equipped to recommend to their customers.”
