Welcome to Taupō Pedal Boats. Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Taupō, we are a pedal boat and aqua trike rental business, family owned and operated, established in February 2021.

We have 2 pedal boats and 4 water bikes that are suitable for all ages, infant all the way through. Pedal out on our stunning moana, so crystal clear you can see the bottom. Take in the scenery with the mountains in the background and experience Lake Taupō like never before. Bring a picnic and park up for the day, or order a platter for lunch from The Good Graze Co. Take a 5 minute walk to the playground for the kids, or have a swim in the pristine & refreshing water. We can't wait to see you.

Kids can ride alone on the bikes from the age of 10, on the boats from the age of 12. If accompanied by an adult, there are no age restrictions. Lifejackets are mandatory and we supply these for all ages and sizes. Should you go over your allocated time period, you will be charged an additional fee.
