Lake Taupō Cycle Challenge Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This promotion is run by Destination Great Lake Taupō (Love Taupō), in partnership with the Lake Taupō Cycle Challenge and prize partners.

2. Eligibility

   • Open to New Zealand and Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

   • Employees of Destination Great Lake Taupō, the Lake Taupō Cycle Challenge, and prize partners, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

   • Register for the 2025 Lake Taupō Cycle Challenge through the official website www.cyclechallenge.com during the promotional period.

   • One entry per person.

4. Promotional Period

   • Entries open on 24/09/2025

   • Entries close at mid-day 26th November 2025

5. Prize

   • One Taupō Adventure Package including:

     • • FourB – 2x Huka Falls self-guided geothermal e-bike tour and e-bike hire for two, valued at $198. 
       • Tongariro Expeditions – Shuttle for 2x from Taupō to Tongariro Crossing, valued at $260. 
       • Huka Falls Jet – Family pass, valued at $389. Jackson has offered this at $240.
       • Two Mile Bay Sailing Centre – $200 voucher. 
       • Jimmy Coops – $100 voucher. 

   • Total prize value: approximately $1,147.

   • Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to partner availability.

   • All vouchers are best used within one week prior to or after the Lake Taupō Cycle Challenge event. Availability outside this timeframe cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the individual operator’s terms.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

   • The winner will be drawn at random on 28th November 2025.

   • The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 working days.

   • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, another winner will be drawn.

7. General Conditions

   • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

   • The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotion relating to the prize.

   • The promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues outside its control.

   • Travel to and from Taupō, insurance, and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Privacy

   • Entry details will be collected by Destination Great Lake Taupō for the purposes of this promotion and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

   • This promotion is governed by New Zealand law.
