This easy, Grade 2 trail winds along the serene Tongariro River, through farmland and native bush, leading to a spectacular lookout. The relatively flat path has a gentle ascent, offering stunning vistas of the river and the towering mountains of Tongariro National Park. A highlight of the trail is crossing the charming swing bridge, adding a fun element to the journey.
