You are welcome to make up your own teams, smaller groups may be put together to make up the required sizes. If you are booking for less than 4, please contact us on deiryn@confinement.co.nz and we can organize to combine your group with another.

Drinks are not included in the ticket, the bar will be available throughout the night to purchase drinks

THE STORY:
You’ve arrived at this year’s Christmas Carnival. There’s music, games, pie contests, and plenty of good old-fashioned fun. But just as the festivities kick off…A scream cuts through the air. A crowd gathers in the town hall. There’s been a murder. One of the fair’s most well-known townsfolk has been found dead behind the main stage, and now the celebration has turned into a full-blown investigation. With the local sheriff calling for a lockdown, no one can leave the fairgrounds until the truth comes out, and that means you and your team are now deputised! Grab your group of 6 and get to work. You'll need to: Search each areas of the fairgrounds, collect and piece together the evidence, uncover secrets...and figure out who turned the fair into a deadly affair. The clock is ticking. The killer is among you. And it’s time to solve the case.

You will be given one hour and a half to explore the "fairgrounds", hunt down clues, solve puzzles, and work out who committed this crime.


EVENT TIMELINE:
Doors open at 6 pm. You will be welcomed with a festive greeting in the Bar Area where you can mix and mingle with your friends and colleagues.

At 6.30 pm, after a short briefing, the teams will head into the clue station area to begin the search for clues. The bar will be open in the Yacht Club during the game. After the game, your group will return to the dining area and commence the buffet, dining at 8 pm. Then everyone can relax and enjoy the rest of the evening.
