This Trade 101 Workshop is designed to equip Taupō operators with a strong foundation in working with domestic and international travel distribution channels.

Whether you're new to the travel trade space or simply want to better understand how to grow your business through travel agents, wholesalers, inbound tour operators (ITOs) and online travel agencies (OTAs), this session is the perfect starting point.

Led by Geraldine Morisse, our Trade & Partnerships Executive, this interactive session will provide practical insights and tools to help you confidently engage with the trade sector and maximise your product's visibility.

Geraldine leads DGLT’s trade and commercial product development strategy, bringing over 19 years’ experience across New Zealand and international tourism sectors.
Her background includes Corporate Incentives and Events (France & Europe), Inbound tourism (FITs, Groups and Product / Contracting selling B2C and B2B across key markets including the USA, Europe, Japan, South-East Asia) and hotel operations.

She is passionate about collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and supporting tourism businesses to grow in international markets.
