  • Trade tool kits and what needs to be included

• The key do’s and don’ts of trade events
• Why preparation before the event is just as important as your delivery on the day
• How effective follow-up turns conversations into opportunities
• The practical tools you need to maximise your attendance and results

Louise Frend - Unique Stays & Experiences

Louise is a Destination marketer, who has worked for Tourism Western Australia, Destination Kaikoura, Qualmark and owned and operated her own consulting business for over 17 years.  The last ten years her focus has been on operating Unique Stays & Experiences, an International representation agency.  Louise is based in Hawke’s Bay and will join us to host this workshop to discover and discuss the value of working in the Trade space for small to medium business.
