Operator Marketplace - Hui a Tāpoi 2026

A chance for operators to showcase products and services directly to visitor-facing staff across accommodation, hospitality, retail, and tourism organisations, with a fun and engaging event atmosphere including prize draws and complimentary drinks.

We’re inviting up to 20 tourism operators to host a table and showcase their products to an engaged tourism audience.

What’s required:

• A small display (e.g. flyers, visuals, banner)　Note: Pop-up banners are allowed during the Marketplace only. Max. two representatives per organisation.
• A short, interactive presentation (approx. 5 minutes)
• Optional giveaways or spot prizes
• A friendly, engaging approach
• Willingness to connect and share your experiences
