Keeping warm in the cooler months will be easy with the fireplace and heat-pump. The air-conditioning will keep the house cool during the hot summer days. The house sleeps up to 9 guests with the following bedding configuration – 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x fold out sofa-bed and 2x fold up stretcher beds. Please note, the sofa-bed and stretcher beds are each only suitable for a small child. The mezzanine floor area where the sofa-bed is located does not have curtains, so this space is very light in the mornings. There is a small semi-communal yet private back yard. There is a partial fence between this yard and the connecting property. Your nightly rate includes bedding, towels and exit clean.
