Each month, we invite two operators to present directly to the teams actively promoting and supporting tourism in our region.
Each 30-minute slot (including Q&A) is your chance to share what's new, what's next, and what makes your offering unmissable. The more our teams know about your product, the better we can represent and promote it across marketing, digital, trade, communications, PR and social media.
Sessions are attended by DGLT, and where possible, members from Amplify, Town Centre Taupō, Taupō Chambers, Council Events, Customer Service, and Community teams.
What to cover
Come prepared to share updates on your business, new developments, future plans or key achievements. It's particularly useful for our teams to hear about:
- Your current visitors — who they are, where they're from, and why they choose you
- Your domestic vs international market mix and seasonality
- Your growth aspirations and how you plan to get there
- Your biggest challenges
- How DGLT can better support you.
A short presentation with clear visuals and key messages works best. If you have image or video assets you're happy to share with our teams, please bring them on a USB stick so we can access them on the day.
