Sorry, But this event has now ended

Big contracts don’t land by accident.

They’re won through tenders done well. If you want to lift your tender success rate and approach bids with more confidence and less guesswork, this session will give you a clear pathway to work from.

For many businesses, the tender process is the gateway to higher value, longer term work. But too often it feels time consuming, costly and unpredictable, with a lot of effort for very little return.

In this practical two hour workshop, bid specialist Ken Grace from Department of Writing, will break down how tenders are actually won and what separates successful bids from the rest.

You’ll learn:

  • The three biggest mistakes that quietly kill your chances of winning
  • The three things successful bidders always do well
  • Where tenders are really won and lost
  • How to manage a bid end to end without burning time or goodwill
  • When doing it yourself makes sense and when it absolutely does not

If you want to lift your tender success rate and approach bids with more confidence and less guesswork, this session will give you a clear framework to work from.

Come ready to learn and leave with a smarter approach to tenders.
