Lake Edge Resort is a world class timeshare resort complex, set in an attractive and timeless Mediterranean style of architecture, on the tranquil north facing shores of Lake Taupo, 3.5 kilometres (2 miles) from Taupo Township. Cafes and bars within 100 metre walking distance along the beautiful Lions Walk. 3 km to town. Great space for couples or families with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over two levels. The minimum stay is 2 nights for rentals.
Weekly rate $2,450 (including cleaning fee). Minimum two night stay, $350 per night plus one-off $100 cleaning fee. For bookings made more than 60-days in advance of your stay, the Client shall pay a deposit of 50% of the Total Rental Amount. The remaining balance is due 30-days before the rental period. If booking within 60-days of the rental date, the entire contract price shall be paid. Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions will incur a 2.5% surcharge.
